- YouTube API Data: When you use YouNolly, we access the following YouTube data:
- Video metadata (titles, thumbnails, durations, view counts, publication dates)
- Channel information (channel names, logos, subscriber counts)
- Search queries you enter to find movies
- Your interactions with movie content (play counts, watch progress)
- Device-specific identifier (generated and stored locally)
- Search activity, category preferences, and channel interactions (such as 'Favoriting' a channel) within the app
- Advertising identifiers and usage data (Mobile App only)
How We Use Data
- To display movie metadata and provide recommendations via YouTube API Services
- To manage user authentication and save preferences
- To display advertisements via Google AdMob (Mobile App only)
- To track app performance and prevent security abuse
- To analyze user behavior and improve our movie discovery algorithms

Data Retention for YouTube API Data
We retain YouTube API Data (video metadata, channel information, and search history) for a period of up to 12 months from your last interaction. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at privacy@younolly.com.

We retain your search history and preferences for up to 12 months. Users may request full deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
YouNolly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
